Payment


Credit Card payments- Ari Dionne does not receive your credit card information. 
Payment must be done at the time of purchase. Items are made in the order they are received only after payment is received.

Normal processing time (Custom & Made-to-order garments): up to 30 business days not including weekends and nationally recognized holidays ( unless otherwise announced above). You will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays/events.

Curated Collection:  ships 2-7 business days. Please place a separate order if you desire a custom or Made-to-order item if you would like your accessories sooner than 30 business days.


Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me. 
Please ensure that your address is correct as I will not be responsible for incorrect shipping address. 
Ari Dionne is not responsible for lost, stolen, refused packages, or delays due to weather or shipping carrier delays.

Clothing
My goal is to ensure your satisfaction. 
Due to the handmade/custom nature of the garments, returns or exchanges are NOT offered. No one else can wear the item as they are made to your measurements and/or sewn upon request. Ari Dionne will not be responsible for broken zippers or the fit of the skirt/top/dress due to inaccurate measurements provided by customer (please review the ‘Measurement’ section below). However, if you have a discrepancy with the item you ordered on the part of Ari Dionne, please contact me within 2 CALENDAR DAYS of receiving your item to find a solution. This may require photos to help locate the problem so that there can be a resolution. Shipping is nonrefundable

Accessories

Returns or exchanges are not offered on accessories. Items are examined for defect before being shipped. If you have a discrepancy with the item you ordered, please contact me within 2 CALENDAR DAYS of receiving your item. This may require photos to help locate the problem so that there can be a resolution. Additional Policies and FAQs


MEASUREMENTS
All garments are sewn according to the measurements  provided by the customer. Customers should ensure that measurements are taken properly and entered correctly in the 'note' section at checkout. If you forget to add measurements to the seller’s notes, an email will be sent to you requesting it. The order cannot be processed without measurements therefore it will affect the processing time since orders are filled in the order in which they were received. Delays in providing the measurements will result in delays in processing.



Quick Measurement Guide

Waist: Wrap a soft measuring tape (not a wood or metal ruler/measuring tape) around your natural waistline (usually 1 inch above your navel) OR where you desire your skirt to 'sit'. Do not wrap tape measure too tight or pull stomach/belly in for this will give inaccurate measurement.



Length: While standing straight, measure from your waist ( where you want your skirt to sit) down vertically to the point where you want your skirt to end.



Since these are handmade garments, please allow small differences in measurement (Limited to 1"). 



About Waxed Fabric

Different brands will have the SAME print/pattern BUT have different dye lots, waxes, weight, and thicknesses. I strive to stock only the BEST quality fabric.
Some waxed fabric tend to be stiffer than others. This is due to the type and amount of wax coating added to the 100% cotton fabric. It may soften over time.

Waxed Fabric Care

Dry clean recommend to preserve the wax using a dry cleaners that has experience with African wax fabrics. Low steam (best) on wrong side of the garment.

Some waxed fabrics may be gently washed (at your own risk) with mild soap in cold water; do not spin/wring. Although that may soften the fabric, you may loose the wax coating. Lay flat to dry; Do not machine dry or bleach.
